Home Remedies for Vomiting

1. Powder two cloves and boil in 100 grams of water. When half of it is left, sieve it, and add sugar according to taste and drink it. Do this after every four hours to control vomiting. Or mix two powdered cloves in 30 grams of water and drink.
2. For pregnant women, powder two cloves, add sugar candy and take this powder with half a cup of water. This helps in nausea and vomiting.
3. People travelling in buses and prone to vomiting should keep one clove in their mouth.
4. Squeeze half a lemon in half a cup of chukunder (beetroot) and drink.
5. Ginger chewed with black salt cures vomiting.

Vomiting due to excessive heat

1. In such cases dip 12 grams of coriander in 250 grams of water. Add one teaspoonful of sugar candy for taste. After one hour sieve it. Give one teaspoonful to children after every hour and 30 grams to adults, to stop vomiting.
2. Take a lemon, cut into two parts and place a pinch of black pepper and salt on it. Suck it slowly.
3. Drink water of tamarind (dipped, mashed and sieved in water).
4. Make a powder of five cloves and ten grams sugar candy, add 30 grams of water and drink this.
