Home Remedies for Increased Frequency and Quantity of Urine
- Fenugreek vegetable recipe taken daily for 10 to 15 days reduces the amount of urine. It also helps in eliminating mucous coming along with urine.
- Chew 25-50 grams of roasted grams with peels and after that take 25 grams of molasses and drink a glass of water. It is advised to take this for 10-15 days around 40' clock in the evening. This helps in the treatment of Polyuria (increased frequency of micturition). Old people should take this for at least a month. It is contraindicated in case of any problem in the digestive system.
- Mix 20 grams of sesame and molasses together to form small balls and take in the morning and evening for four to five days. It is appropriate to use it in winters. It reduces frequency.
- People who pass urine frequently and in large quantity or with burning sensation should take two ripe bananas after lunch for a week. It would be more helpful if they drink juice of Indian gooseberry mixed with sugar after the intake of bananas.
- Grapes also reduce the frequency of urine.
- Half teaspoon of jamun nut powder taken in the morning helps control increased frequency of urine.
- Spinach vegetable taken daily in the evening reduces the frequency of urine at night.
- Juice of drumstick leaves taken with cucumber or carrot juice reduces the increased frequency of urine.
